Pembina Hills Public Schools is home to seven Early Learning Program sites:

Barrhead: The PREP program housed at Barrhead Elementary School

Busby: The B-PREP program housed at Busby Elementary School
- Dunstable: The D-PREP program housed at Dunstable

Clyde: The C-PREP program housed at Eleanor Hall School

Dapp: The PN-PREP program housed at Pembina North School
- Swan Hills: The S-PREP program housed at Swan Hills

Westlock: The W-PREP program housed at Westlock Elementary School
These Early Learning sites support preschoolers from 3-5 years of age.
